Published in a trade edition of 1500 copies, and 50 copies numbered and signed by Berrigan and Brainard. This copy is no. 40, and signed by both Berrigan and Brainard on the colophon page. 

Book shows light rubbing to top and bottom spine edges, and faint wear along edges. Text block shows slight bumping to bottom corner of fore-edge. Binding is tight. A Very Good copy.
