This beautifully printed monograph comprises work produced throughout the span of the professional life of Shoji Ueda (1913–2000), from the 1930s through the 1990s. This book, Small Biography, features 157 B&W plates of photographs that were originally published in the now-defunct Camera Mainichi magazine between 1974 and 1985. Includes a small text printed in Japanese and English by Gabriel Bauret putting the work in context.
